In June of this year, Sabrina Solomon of Rockdale, TX created a fundraiser for a survivor she knows personally who prefers to remain anonymous. This victim has been consistently stalked and harassed by a perpetrator who lives in her apartment complex.
This harassment has been going on since May. Initially, the perpetrator broke in through the window of her 1st floor apartment and stole several of her belongings while she was away. She quickly relocated to an upstairs apartment in hopes that she’d be safe from theft.
However, later that month, the same perpetrator broke into her new apartment while she was sleeping. He assaulted and attempted to rape the victim. When she tried to defend herself, he tasered her.
Considering the severe anxiety she’s probably suffered daily for months, she deserves to find security and good health, at the very least.
Dealing with the physical and psychological aftermath of this traumatic event, she has been out of work for some time. They are unsure of when she will be able to go back to work since she doesn’t even have a stable home or protection from the criminal.
Sabrina created the GoFundMe because her friend is in need of therapy, medical assistance and help with moving expenses so that she can move away to a safe place. The fundraiser has only accumulated $365 of the $2000 goal.
This victim is in need of much more. Considering the severe anxiety she’s probably suffered daily for months, she deserves to find security and good health, at the very least.
